Redemption Instructions

• Step 1: Presto Users can redeem multiple vouchers for each prize until contest ends to boost the chances of winning.
• Step 2: Winners of the Campaign will be selected and announced within FOURTEEN (14) working days from the end of the Contest Period.
• Step 3: Presto will announce the winners on the www.prestoconnect.io and Social Media Pages. Presto team will also notify winners directly via email.
1. The campaign will run from 1st March - 30th April 2025.
2. Campaign is only applicable to users who registered Touch ’n Go eWallet with a valid Malaysia registered mobile number and have joined GOrewards Loyalty Program organized by TNG Digital Sdn Bhd. Presto employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
3. Users are required to redeem Lucky Draw E-Vouchers with their GOrewards points to be eligible for a chance to win the Campaign Prizes.
4. Each voucher redeemed entitles the eligible users to ONE (1) entry submission for a chance to win a Campaign Prize.
5. Voucher(s) claimed cannot be utilized and will not give any discount or cashback, and is not valid for use after the end of the Contest Period.
6. Each voucher is for one-time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions or offers.
7. No discount/refund will be given after the payment of voucher is completed.
8. Winners of the Campaign will be selected randomly subjected to clause No.15. Users are allowed to redeem multiple vouchers for each prize until 30th April 2025 to increase the chances of winning.
9. GOrewards points that were used to redeem voucher(s) will not be refunded to users in the event that users are not selected as winners for the prizes.
10. ONE (1) winner will be entitled to win ONE (1) prize only among all the prizes available in the Campaign.
11. Winners of the Campaign will be elected and announced within FOURTEEN (14) working days from the end of the Contest Period.
12. The fulfillment period for the Campaign Prizes is within ONE (1) month upon successfully contacting the winners and is subjected to stock availability.
Presto reserves all rights at any time, at its absolute discretion without any prior notice to substitute the prizes with another prize of equivalent value to the published Recommended Retail Price.
13. All winners shall accept the prizes on an “as is” basis.
14. Campaign winners are required to answer ONE (1) question for verification purpose when contacted by Presto. Upon answering the question correctly, the prizes will be fulfilled.
15. The eligibility to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners cannot be contacted within ONE (1) week from the announcement date.
16. Campaign winners will be required to provide proof of identification and contact details to Presto via email for prize collection arrangement.
