- Ingredients Needed:
- 100g Oriental Rendang Paste (1 packet)
- 400g chicken whole leg
- 100g water
- Step 1: Stir-Fry
- Pour one packet (100g) of Oriental rendang paste and 400g of chicken whole leg into a pot. Heat and stir for a while.
- Step 2: Add Water
- Add 100g of water into the pot. Cook until it boils (about 10–15 minutes).
- Step 3: Simmer
- Reduce to low heat. Let it cook for another 30 minutes.
- Step 4: Serve
- Remove the mixture from the heat. Serve well!
- Serve your homemade rendang with steamed rice, roti, or vegetables, and enjoy the rich, multi-layered spicy flavour of the dish. Easily prepare an authentic rendang at home with our paste!
